Please find attached the flight schedules to and from the Games for each half. We are presently working on the flight manifests and will advise you when it is completed; it is important that we have the final team registration as we have to put the names on the manifest for the flights. Please be aware that the name on the manifest should be the same as is showing on the ID they will use to board the flight. As an example, someone may have registered as Bill on the registration form, but William shows on their ID, so William must show on the flight manifest (Please make sure the names submitted to us for the manifest are the same as the ID to be used). In regards to the actual flight each of your teams will be on; that is being determined by the commencement time of your competition, meaning that we hope to have the teams competing first on the earlier flight (of course, that will depend on team numbers and the plane capacity). As an example, Diving leaves after the Opening Ceremonies to travel to Halifax for competition the first couple of days, so that team will definitely be on the earlier flight.
