Registration

Refund Policy: There are no refunds, transfers or credits.
No telephone entries. No faxes. No entries by e-mail. No Change of events OR adding of a new event after the Final Deadline - 11:59 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2011
Online registration and payment only. To register for the meet an athlete must submit the following before registration deadline:
1. Register Online
2. Select the Waiver check box
3. Make Online Payment
4. Pick up your race number at the 'Race Bib Pick-up Desk', 1:30 pm on meet day
Register individually / team / relay
- With the online registration it is possible each athlete to register individually for the meet, however, event organizers strongly suggest that, whenever possible, school coach/teacher or a designate register the entire team.
- Please note that athletes cannot register individually for the relays. Relay registration is only possible when a team of athletes are registered at the same time.
- Relay Teams and athletes´ order must be declared at the time of online registration.

2012 NLAA Track and Field Members, OR, athletes representing schools affiliated with the NLAA for the 2010/2011 School Year.
- $10.00 per athlete
Schools not affiliated with the NLAA and non-NLAA Competitive Track and Field Members
- Elementary/Junior/Senior High School: $11.00 per athlete ( $10.00 entry fee + $1.00 One Day Permit fee )
- Open/Masters: $15.00 per athlete ( $10.00 entry fee + $5.00 One Day Permit Fee )
Entries received after the registration deadline - 11:59 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2011, will be accepted if submitted on meet day at least 120 minutes (2 hours) before event start time listed on the Schedule of Events. Entry Fee is $20 + applicable Day Permit Fee - CASH ONLY.

ENTRY REQUESTS SUBMITTED LESS THAN 120 MINUTES (2 HOURS) BEFORE EVENT START TIME LISTED ON THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please note that a school coach or designate can register the entire team at one time. Before you begin the online registration process, please make sure you have ALL required information for each athlete: Full Name, School, Gender, Date of Birth, Event(s), relay order.
No processing fees!
IMPORTANT: Affiliated Schools & NLAA 2012 Competitive Members: Remember to enter School Code or individual membership # under "Member ID:" to avoid the extra $1 or $5 Day Permit Fee charge - NO REFUNDS. You can find your school code on the online registration page. Your school code is the 3 or 4 letters text in parenthesis ( ) that follows your school name.
