- Race Start Time - 8:00am, Sunday, August 14, 2011, Quidi Vidi Boathouse, St. John´s.
- Eligibility
- The race is open to paid-up or one-day permit holders of the Newfoundland and Labrador Athletics Association (NLAA). Runners not yet registered for 2012 can obtain NLAA memberships at race registration desk prior to entry into the race. Annual NLAA Road Race membership is $25.00. One Day event Permit is $5.00.
- Timex Provincial Series
- This is race # 7 of the Timex® Provincial Road Race Series, where runners are awarded points according to their finishing positions, and score these points leading to year-end awards.
- Course Description
- The race will start at the boathouse and proceed to Carnell Drive. Turn right on Carnell Drive and then turn right on the Boulevard. Continue to turnaround point (before you come to Quidi Vidi Village) and return along the Boulevard. Turn left on Carnell Drive and finish near the starting point.

- Medals will be awarded to the first three male and female finishers in each of seven age groups (Under 20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & over, and wheelchair division)
- Draw Prizes - PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY RACE PARTICIPANTS CAN CLAIM TOYOTA PLAZA T-SHIRTS. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE DRAW TO CLAIM A PRIZE.
- Six Timex® watches will be drawn from a list of all finishers.
- Toyota Plaza technical t-shirts.
- Refreshments
- Post-race refreshments will be available to runners and volunteers immediately following the race. Location TBA .
