Race number pick up during the in-person registration at the Quidi Vidi Boathouse - 7:15 a.m. to 7:45 a.m., Sunday, August 15, 2010.

- Fee: $20.00 ($15.00 NLAA members) Entry fee for non-NLAA members includes $5 One Day Race Permit

One Day Permit or Membership Fee: Make Cheques Payable to NLAA or Newfoundland and Labrador Athletics Association.

- Eligibility
- The race is open to paid-up or one-day members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Athletics Association (NLAA). Runners not yet registered for 2010 can obtain NLAA memberships at race registration desk prior to entry into the race. Annual NLAA Road Race membership is $25.00. One Day event Permit is $5.00. Registration for NLAA can also be done at Toyota Plaza at time of race pre-registration.
- Course Description
- The race will start at the boathouse and proceed to Carnell Drive. Turn right on Carnell Drive and then turn right on the Boulevard. Continue to turnaround point (before you come to Quidi Vidi Village) and return along the Boulevard. Turn left on Carnell Drive and finish near the starting point.
- Awards

- Medals will be awarded to the first three male and female finishers in each of seven age groups (Under 20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & over)
- Draw Prizes - PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY RACE PARTICIPANTS CAN CLAIM TOYOTA PLAZA T-SHIRTS. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE DRAW TO CLAIM A PRIZE.
- Toyota Plaza technical t-shirts.
- Refreshments
- Post-race refreshments will be available to runners and volunteers at the Quidi Vidi Boathouse immediately following the race.
