- Fee: $20.00 ($15.00 NLAA members) Race Registration Fee includes $2.00 Team Timex surcharge. Entry fee for non-NLAA members includes $5 One Day Race Permit
Location: Toyota Plaza, 73 Kenmount Road, St. John´s, - Thursday, October 8 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
This will be the only opportunity for Early Registration.

- Eligibility
- The race is open to paid-up or one-day members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Athletics Association (NLAA). Runners not yet registered for 2009 can obtain NLAA memberships at race registration desk prior to entry into the race. Annual NLAA Road Race membership is $25.00. One-day membership is $5.00. Registration for NLAA can also be done at Toyota Plaza at time of race pre-registration.
- Course Description
- The race is a nationally certified 10km course. Starting in Mount Pearl at the intersection of Glencoe Drive and Dundee Avenue, head out west to Home Street, left on Clyde Avenue, right on Sagona Avenue, leading to Old Placentia Road, then turning left on Commonwealth Avenue, right on Smallwood Drive, right on Park Avenue to end at Park Place (Worral Crescent). A water station is located at the 6 km mark.
- Washroom Facilities
- There are NO washrooms at the starting line.
- Awards

- Medals will be awarded to the first three male and female finishers in each of seven age groups (Under 20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & over)
- Seven Timex® watches will be drawn from a list of all finishers.
- Merchandise prizes will be drawn from a list of all finishers.
- Refreshments
- Post-race refreshments will be available to runners and officials at the Awards Presentation at Park Place Community Center on Park Avenue.
