Meet InformationCost per Athlete
Participation Fee of $10 per athlete (This will include all fees including SSNL fees). There is no charge to enter in the 4 x 100m Integrated Relay.
Registration and Payment
Registration, including team relays, must be done on the NLAA Trackie System. This will include an online payment. Please follow the link above to register your school. Please note that a school coach or designate can register the entire team at one time. Before you begin the online registration process, please make sure you have ALL required information for each athlete: Full Name, School, Gender, Date of Birth, Event(s), relay order.

Registration Deadline

Changes
Late event changes can be made up until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 18/10. No new athletes can be added to the team roster. To make changes please call George at 576-1303.
Scratches
Scratches and only scratches can be declared on meet day (Wednesday, May 19/10) before 9:00 a.m. for the morning session and before 1:00 p.m. for the afternoon session. Note, there will be no changes other than scratches on meet day. There is ample time between now and then to get this done correctly. Relay athlete and order changes, 1 hr prior to event.

Events for Boys and Girls
- Sprints: 100m, 200m, 400m
- Middle Distance: 800m, 1500m, 3000m
- Race Walk: 1500m RW
- Throws: Shot Put, Javelin, Discus
- Jumps: High Jump, Long Jump
- Relays: 4 x 100m, 4 x 400m
- Special Olympics (SO): 100m, 200m, Shot Put, Standing Long Jump
- Notes:
- A competitor may enter a maximum of any three events plus the relay.
- A team may enter a maximum of 2 competitors per event, except the relay where 4 competitors comprise the team
- 4 x 100m Integrated Relay will include 1 Special Olympian
- Points for the teams placement will be awarded based on a descending scale of 2 x the number of schools in the competition. (Eg, 10 schools in the competition, 1st place would receive 20 points, 2nd place 19 points, etc. Every competitor in the competition would receive points for their team)
- No team points will be awarded in the Special Olympics events
- SO indicates Special Olympian

Uniform
Where possible, competitors should wear the school uniform. Competitors must wear a vest (singlet/t-shirt) and short and/or tights.
Numbers
Every competitor shall be supplied with and wear a number during the competition that corresponds with the entry list. When competing in lanes, numbers must be worn on the back, and on the front in all other races. In the field events, the numbers must be worn on the back, except in the high jump, where it may be worn on either the back or the front.
