2010 Individual and School Registration


Race Day Registration

Please note that:

  1. We have NO ACCESS to the Old Provincial Recreation Center building, garage, and washroom facilities.
  2. We are presently working on obtaining tents to be setup in close proximity to the main building where we will accept race day registrations. The registration desk will open at 9:15 am and will run throughout the competition. However, athletes should NOT register when there is LESS THAN 15 minutes remaining to the published time of their race.

Advance Registration

  1. Individual Students and/or Non-Affiliated Schools


    Please fill out an individual OR school form below to enter in the meet. Early Registration requires fully completed registration form and EXACT payment to be dropped off at the NLAA office, Building #810 (Pleasantville), room #207, only on Friday before each meet from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.. Please come prepared, have your form and payment in an envelope, to promptly pick up your race number. Your promptness is expected and much appreciated.

  2. NLAA Affiliated Schools


    Affiliated Schools can register their students using the official school registration form OR electronically using Team Manager Lite. Please click here for more information.

The Weather


There is no shelter on site. Please come prepared for all weather conditions. All meets will go ahead rain or shine. In the 17 year history of the Cross-country Series we have never canceled a race. The only reason to postpone or cancel a race is if there is lightning.

Open Race

Open category competition will be offered during Meet #2, September 26. Race distance is 4.5km for women and 6km for men.

Traffic/Parking Control Measures

To all participants:
Please note that R.C.A.F. Road is the only road that air ambulance patients can use to get to a hospital. It is vital that all roads leading out of the Air Ambulance Hanger to city remain open at all times.
