Buses will operate on a load and go basis between 6:15 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Tely 10 participants are reminded that the race uses public roads that are not entirely closed to all vehicular traffic. Race vehicles, local residents, and emergency vehicles may still be on the road.
Race walkers are welcome to register for the race provided that they are able to finish the course in less than three and a half hours.
The finish line is open for three and a half hours but the roads will reopen to traffic earlier.  Walkers must move onto the sidewalks when separated from the larger group of participants.  All participants, including walkers, must obey traffic safety laws and always use their common sense and good judgment.  RNC always has the final authority to implement traffic control!
  • Newfoundland and Labrador Athletics Association Road Race Safety Policy.
  • Team Competition
Team registration will be done exclusively online only. Team captains (one person per team) can setup and manage the roster. Online Team Registration will open on May 1 and close at midnight on Wednesday, July 15, 2015.
