The Newfoundland and Labrador Athletics Association (NLAA) is excited to announce that the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation is now accepting applications for the 2026 Athletic Excellence Fund.
This fund provides financial support to athletes to help cover training and competition costs. Funding is available through several programs, including the Premier’s Athletic Awards, Team Gushue Awards, Michelle Healey Memorial Award, Elite Athlete Assistance Program, and the Sport NL Scholarship Program.
To apply, applicants must be members in good standing with NLAA.
Deadline: March 11, 2026
All applications must be submitted to NLAA via email by this date. Late applications will not be accepted.
