REFUND POLICY
Refund requests received before Monday, April 30, 2018:
- Transfer - NO TRANSFERS will be accepted
- Registration Fee Refund - no service fee charge, complete refund
- Bus pass to Start Line ticket - no service fee charge, complete refund
Refund requests received after Monday, April 30 and before midnight on Wednesday, July 4, 2018:
- Transfer - NO TRANSFERS will be accepted
- Registration Fee Refund - minus $10.00 service fee and the processing fee
- Bus pass to Start Line ticket - no service fee charge, complete refund
Refund requests received after Wednesday, July 4 and before midnight on Tuesday, July 17, 2018:
- NO TRANSFERS
- Bus pass to Start Line ticket - no refund option not available
- Registration Fee Refund - minus $20.00 service fee and the processing fee
Refund requests received after midnight on Tuesday, July 17, 2018:
- NO REGISTRATION REFUNDS / NO TRANSFERS
- Bus pass to Start Line ticket - no refund option not available
To request a refund, please send an email to tely10@nlaa.ca. When requesting a refund, please use the same email account you used to sign-up for the race and provide the following information:
- Email; MUST request the refund using the same email account that you signed up for the race.
- RECEIPT #; Registration RECEIPT # (found in the confirmation email);
- Full Name;
- Date of Birth;
- Bib Number;
- Date of registration;
- Address;
- Phone Number;
Please allow up to two weeks for your request to be processed.
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to defer registrations for the following year.
